Founded in 2018, Hamaari Picture grew out of a simple yet unwavering love for cinema. What began as one person’s vision soon became a shared commitment: to create independent films that are both authentic and inspired by the community around them. True to its name, Hamaari Picture belongs as much to the audience as to its makers. Every film is crafted with devotion, with the hope that it resonates with those who experience it. Our films carry the spirit of indie cinema— raw, unfiltered, and unafraid to experiment. Each is built on instinct and shaped with creativity. We bring to life films that are radically different from one another—distinct in form, voice, and vision, refusing to be boxed into convention.

Over the years, we have created a body of work that reflects both range and depth. From regional to Hindi feature films, our projects bring diverse cultures and languages to the screen. Working on numerous short films has sharpened our craft and nurtured a hands-on understanding of film sets. Many projects have received official selections and screenings at film festivals, and we have had the privilege of collaborating with emerging talent, renowned directors, and established production houses, widening our horizon as independent filmmakers.
